Barber, Clergy Call for Civil Action Amid Government Shutdown

The Shiloh Baptist Church in D.C. hosted its 27th annual Martin Luther King Memorial Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, the morning after Congress allowed the federal government to shut down, and Rev.
