About this event
Jack & Jill's annual JUMOKE, "One Who Loves the Child" celebration. The DC chapter's family and friends come together with children in the Southeast, DC community to share in a host of activities including live entertainment, dance, music, food, arts & crafts, sports and more. A "Surprise XFactor Performer" will be the highlight of the day but there is something for the whole family!
Jack and Jill celebrates JUMOKE to help our children gain a broader view of the world; increase their knowledge, appreciation and enthusiasm for their African heritage; heighten awareness among adults and youth to potential careers in international development, diplomacy and business; and, of course, to have fun!
