The Urban Land Institute Presents 'Getting on Track'

Baltimore, 22 January 2013- The Urban Land Institute District Councils of Baltimore, Washington and Philadelphia, along with ICSC and Central Maryland Transit Alliance have joined forces to host “the first ever regional” Transit Oriented Development Forum.
This will be held Wednesday, February 13th, 2013 beginning at 7:30am and ending at noon. This event will take place at the Hotel @Arundel Preserves located at 7795 Arundel Mills Boulevard.
An in-depth discussion and presentation will include the opportunities, the challenges and the important components for optimizing the success of a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project.
Panelists representing the public sector, private developers, investors, the finance industry, and market analysts will discuss their opinions, interest and requirements for engaging in a regional TOD project.
