Family, friends and law enforcement officers from across the country mourned the loss of Officer Adrian Morris on Tuesday, Aug. 28 during a service at Woodstream Church in Mitchelsville, Md. Morris, 23, was killed in the line of duty when his police cruiser ran off the road on Interstate 95 as he and his partner were pursuing suspects in attempt robbery at a Shell gas station in Laurel a week ago.
