    when you pay points on a mortgage that is to buy your interest rate down and that has to be reflected on an itemization sheet...most of the loans that are now completed are lender paid...so the borrower pays for title fees and setting up their escrow account if you would like more information please contact...301-474-4242 x1286

    When you're shopping quotes from lenders, beware of points that they'll try to impose on your refi. Each point is a fee of 1% on the amount you borrow. I worked with 123 Refinance search online for them. I would strongly recommend them since they got me 3.24% rate on my mortgage refinance.
