The D.C. Divas traveled to Columbus, Ohio to play the Comets in the last game of the regular season on June 16, and won 42-0. The Divas have the same division record of 3-1 as the Pittsburgh Passion, but since the Divas beat the Passion by a larger margin, the Divas have won the Division Championship securing a bye for the first round of the playoffs. They will have home-field advantage for the second round which takes place on Saturday, June 30. The Divas, the only Women's Professional Football team in the area, has been around for 11 seasons with an impressive 38-16 record including a Super Bowl championship in 2006.

Next Saturday, June 30 the Divas will host the Boston Militia in a first round playoff game at the Prince George's County Sports and Learning Center in Landover, Md. The game starts at 6:00 p.m.
