Friendship Collegiate Students Sign Scholarships Featured

Twenty students fron Friendship Collegiagte Academy have signed on for college scholarships to major colleges and universities. Washington, D.C.– Fresh off their city championship season, Friendship Public Charter School is proud to announce that 20 students at Friendship Collegiate Academy have signed athletic scholarships. In the past, Friendship students have signed with Columbia, Florida State and Howard universities, a well as the universities of Maryland and Pittsburgh.

"These young men are being rewarded for hard work in the classroom and on the football field," said Donald Hense, chairman of Friendship Public Charter School. "On behalf of the Board of Trustees and our teachers, we are that confident they will carry on Friendship's tradition of being student athletes. We wish them every success in their journey through college."
