The new Washington Mystics leadership team, including General Manager Angela Taylor and head coach Julie Plank, are seated on opposite sides of Mystics President Shelia C. For the 2009 season, WNBA teams must now carry a maximum of 11 players, as opposed to 13 players in past seasons.
