New Yoga Classes and Covenant BC

Covenant Baptist Church will be offering FREE Community Yoga classes sponsored by Yogaactivist.org. Yoga helps to create a toned, flexible and strong body while helping you to learn to relax and relieve stress and it helps build spiritual awareness. Just bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
if you don't have a mat one will be provided.
Join two new eight-week classes:
Restorative Yoga (All Levels). Saturdays at 9:30 am August 21-October 23. Active, therapeutic relaxation, relieving weak joints and tired backs while reducing stress. This class is ideal for persons who have not exercised in a while or have strict limitations in movement and flexibility.
Flow Yoga (Beginners & Intermediate Levels), Mondays at 7pm August 30-October 28th. A challenging but soothing slow flow class appropriate for beginners and intermediate students, linking movement with breath to build heat, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Set to uplifting Gospel music so to help you find your personal spiritual space and connect deeply with your faith.
