Gilbert Arenas scored 13 points and as in past seasons was again the topic of discussion over substitution in the fourth quarter, this time being substituted for Thornton. "It was a point in the fourth quarter, I should've subbed myself out for Al. Al had it going on," Arenas said. "I didn't want take away from what the team has been doing. I have been out for the last month. I'm trying to get my legs under me and get in shape." Daniel Gibson who guarded Arenas scored 19 points. Photo by John E De Freitas.

Despite leading late in the fourth quarter, the Wizards were unable to hold off the Cavs, falling 102-107. Al Thornton led the Wizards with 23 points and Andray Blatche finished with a double-double.
