Do you think the Republican Party is serious about supporting an African American candidate?

I don't think the Republican Party will support an African American for president. Since I've been growing up, it has always been us (blacks) against them (whites). Like oil and water it doesn't mix.

I don't think they [Republican Party] were serious about supporting Herman Cain, and I don't think that the base of the Republican Party supports policies that are beneficial to African Americans.

Overall, I feel like the GOP line-up is comical. I feel like Herman Cain was the Sarah Palin of the last Presidential election. Everything they [Republican Party] represents completely goes against the African American community. They're in favor and in the pockets of rich white America.

Action speaks louder than words! I don't think they [Republican Party] will support an African American because it'll jeopardize their election base particularly in the southern states.

The Republican Party didn't want to see our current president get elected into office, so I don't believe they will are serious about supporting an African American at all.
