Washington Informer Publisher Lauded at PNBC Event

Washington Informer Publisher Denise Rolark Barnes (center) was awarded the D.C. Laymen of the Progressive National Baptist Convention's (PNBC) President's Award, Dec. 3 at the 39th Annual Fellowship Night Service.
