AmeriHealth Serving District's Medicaid Beneficiaries

Philadelphia, PA. — AmeriHealth District of Columbia, a member of the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies (ACFC), is now providing Medicaid managed care and services to Medicaid beneficiaries living in the District of Columbia. As of May 1, approximately 100,000 Medicaid beneficiaries living in the District have access to AmeriHealth District of Columbia's comprehensive suite of services, including covered physical health, behavioral health through the company's PerformCare business, pharmacy services through the company's PerformRx subsidiary, and dental and vision services designed to improve quality outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries.
