P.G. County To Hold Meeting on New Regional Medical Center

Officials in Prince George's County will hold a meeting Saturday, March 1 in Largo to discuss health care and the new regional medical center.

The Prince George's County Planning Department will conduct the interactive countywide community meeting, slated to run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jericho Christian Academy.

The meeting is part of a strategy helmed by County Executive Rushern L. Baker III that will have the Planning Department develop a strategic health care plan that will support significant improvements in the health of residents. The plan will guide how the county develops an integrated health care system with high-quality and accessible primary health care and hospital care.
