Special Screenings Target Families, Latinos and LGBT Community

The DC Shorts Film Festival, which features a screenplay competition, several parties, lunchtime screenings and filmmaker workshops, runs from Sept. 11 through the 21st in venues in both downtown D.C. and in Northern Virginia.
