Deborah Frazier called 911 for police to help mediate an argument between her brother, Gregory Frazier, and her daughter at the home they all shared in Pompano Beach, Florida. Her phone call resulted in her brother being shot at least five times by two white deputies, according to witnesses. He died at the scene. [read more…]
A funeral service for Corey Jones, who was shot and killed on Oct. 18 by a plain clothes police officer, will be held at 12 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 31 at Payne Chapel A.M.E. Church, 801 9th Street in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Rev. Al Sharpton of the National Action Network and Apostle Sharon Walker of Glory International Ministries, Tallahassee, Florida, will deliver the eulogy.
