Nineteen leaders of select national multicultural organizations leaders were immersed in a day at Lilly headquarters to contribute to their understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s role in the health care system.
Attendees heard from senior leaders of Lilly as well as individuals working in clinical trials, research labs, manufacturing and medical. They toured a drug development lab, participated in learning sessions on health care topics and learned about the variety of diversity and inclusion initiatives under way at Lilly.
