Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has joined the list more than 150 female athletes who accused their USA Gymnastics team doctor of sexual abuse under the guise of medical treatment.

Biles took to Twitter on Monday with her accusations against Dr. Larry Nassar, saying she now realizes that the abuse was not her fault. She said USA Gymnastics had allowed Nassar to use his position of trust in victimizing the girls, including those who participated on the gold medal-winning “Fierce Five” team from the 2012 London games.

Nassar, 54, who received a 60-year sentence in December after pleading guilty to federal child pornography charges, also pleaded guilty in November to 10 counts of criminal conduct that involved victims as young as 6. Sentencing on those charges was scheduled for Tuesday in a Michigan courtroom.

Biles said USA Gymnastics had allowed Nassar to abuse girls for years.

“I will not and should not carry the guilt,” she said.
